Mungkinada beberapa pembaca yang pernah mengalami kasus yang sama dengan saya, saya baru saja membeli printer canon Pixma IP3680 , pada printer ini terdapat fitur kertas input pada dua source, yaitu pada source atas(yang umum digunakan pada printer-printer) dan casseste berada pada bawah printer.

Nah pada saat pertama kali saya gunakan, saya coba pergunakan sumber kertas atas, tetapi tidak mau digunakan,selalu muncul pesan error kertas kosong, akhirnya setelah saya otak-atik preferencesnya akhirnya ketemu juga, jadi begini caranya :

1. Start Menu -> Control Panel
2. Pada menu hardware and sound, terdapat submenu view device and printer
3. Klik Kanan Jenis Printer anda dan pilih printing preferences

4 Kemudian akan muncul seperti gambar diatas, kemudian pilih paper source yang anda inginkan, kalau anda ingin sumber kertas atas, pilih Rear Tray, kalau mau sumber kertas bawah pilih Cassette, pada menu tersebut sebenarnya ada menu  Automatically Select, cuma saya heran kenapa tidak mau pada sumber kertas atas..
